This policy explains what information Move & Me collects when you visit moveandme.com, how it is used and your rights. Move & Me is run by Catherine Corlett, a sole trader based in the UK.

Who is responsible for your data

Catherine Corlett trading as Move & Me is the data controller under UK GDPR. If you have any questions about how your data is handled, contact hello@moveandme.com. 

What information is collected

Contact form. If you get in touch via the website, your name, email address, and message content are collected so Move & Me can respond to you. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not used for marketing without your agreement.

Booking enquiries. If you book a discovery call or consultation through Acuity Scheduling, your name, email address, and any information you provide during booking are collected on behalf of Move & Me. Acuity Scheduling is operated by Squarespace Inc. Their privacy policy is at squarespace.com/privacy.

Mailing list. If you choose to join the Move & Me mailing list, your email address is collected on a voluntary basis only. You will not be added without actively opting in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Website analytics. The website uses Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Information collected includes pages viewed, time on site, device type, and anonymised usage data. Analytics cookies are only activated after you have given consent through the cookie banner.

Why your information is used

Information collected through this website is used only to:

  • Respond to enquiries

  • Manage bookings and consultations

  • Send emails you have chosen to receive

  • Understand and improve how the website performs
