You shouldn’t have to figure this out alone.
Move & Me brings together the support most women need during perimenopause and menopause, in one considered place.
Thoughtful conversation. Evidence-based guidance. A space to ask the questions that often go unheard.
I’m Cat, founder of Move & Me
When changes began to surface in my own body, I wanted someone to actually listen. I’d watched my mother go through menopause almost entirely on her own, working it out as she went with no real guidance. When my turn came, I paid attention. There was plenty of information out there, but nothing that pulled it together in a way that actually held up to daily life. That’s why Move & Me exists.
I was born in Sydney to Chinese parents, lived in Austin for a while, and now call Oxford home. My training is Western and evidence-based, but I’m also a practising Buddhist, and meditation has shaped how I listen and how I work with people through change. It’s not the headline of what I do, but it’s part of how I do it.
Move & Me brings movement, nutrition and mindset together because in practice they’re rarely separate. Exhaustion affects how you eat. How you eat affects your energy. Your energy affects what you tell yourself you’re capable of. Pull on one, and the others move with it.
It starts with a proper conversation, not a rushed ten-minute slot. Where you are, what you’re experiencing, what you actually want to feel different. From there, we work across all three pillars, not because it’s a formula, but because for most women that’s genuinely how it connects.
My Approach
This isn’t about working harder, eating less, or pushing through. It’s about understanding what’s happening in your body, responding to it intelligently, and building strength in a way that actually supports this stage of life.
That might mean strength work that protects bone density and muscle mass. It might mean looking honestly at protein and blood sugar rather than another restriction plan. It might mean untangling why rest still feels like something you have to earn. Usually it’s some combination of all three, because that’s how it shows up for most women.
None of this is guesswork. Here’s what it’s built on
